Licensing and Certificate Responsibilities Transferred to the Norwegian Maritime Authority

Telenor Coastal Radio (Telenor Kystradio) was shut down on 31 December 2025. Most of the services previously provided by Telenor Coastal Radio are now operated by the State or by Radioinspeksjonen AS. All customer data from Telenor Coastal Radio’s Licensing and Certificate department has been transferred to the Norwegian Maritime Authority (Sjøfartsdirektoratet).
